A huge thank you to Tom and all the many marshals and helpers for another superb Beamish on Sunday. Ideal weather, ground conditions just right, everyone as friendly and helpful as ever, all made for an excellent day. Best on the VMCC calender! Many thanks on behalf of a growing Essex contingent.
P.S. I should hope the landlady at Allenheads was complimentary Ron! It must be the best day of her year!

Yes the landlady does very well financially out the Beamish her kind remarks concerned the excellent atmosphere that the competitors and spectators engender on this day and how they are a credit to the motorcycle fraternity.

Excellent trial on Sunday as we've come to expect and weather on best behaviour too. Hills all very dry meaning lots of moving rocks on Haggs reportedly causing some problems. Raise Head is also deteriorating well - imagine what it was like on beaded edge tyres in the Twenties! Many thanks to our cheery organisers and the obliging landowners without whom none of this would be possible. Tom was up by 05.30 making sure all was in place -that's well above and beyond the call of duty. New Board Inn also deserves a mention, coping quite well with their double booking. The wedding marquee was at least useful for signing on!

Another brilliant Beamish. Well done to Tom and all his marshalls; helpers and those who make this such a wonderful event. The landlady of the pub at Allenheads was extremely complementary on the way that the competitors AND the spectators conducted themselves.
